Spring Farmer - Available May - Sept.
A cream cheese base, asparagus, onions, fresh tomatoes, rosemary
Peach, Prosciutto and Pistachio (inspired by those Georgia peaches) Available June-July
A buttery garlic with cream cheese base, lightly crumbled goat cheese and mozzarella, sliced peaches, prosciutto, rosemary, topped with a hot honey drizzle and pistachio nuts
Strawberry Fields - Available July - August
A basil pesto base, feta cheese, goat cheese, cherry tomatoes, fresh strawberries, strawberry balsamic vinegar glaze
Black and Blue - Berry Basil (inspired by lake and beach days around the 4th of July) - Available July-August
A ricotta cheese base with goat and mozzarella cheese, blackberries and blueberries. Finished with fresh basil, a strawberry glaze drizzle and a sprinkle of sea salt.
Pig and Pear (inspired by a trip to Red Rocks Amphitheater in CO) Available mid-July - mid-Sept.
